LORCH Smart Welding
About
Lorch welding systems are born in the Swabian town of Auenwald, Germany – by truly smart people using cutting-edge technology, intelligent software and premium components to build welding systems that have come to be appreciated by the best welders around the world. Truly “made in Germany” with true passion and, most importantly, truly productive. Because there is no doubt about it: A Lorch welding system is sure to make its owner money in the long run. As said before: If it is truly clever, it is true Lorch.

MANUAL WELDING

MIG-MAG-WELDING
Metal inert gas welding, also known as MIG-MAG welding, combines metal inert gas (MIG) and metal active gas (MAG) welding. The MIG-MAG welding technique is very cost-effective because to its quick welding speed, little need for rework, and low distortion. MIG-MAG welding is a global choice due to its exceptional thin-sheet capabilities, strong weld seams, and ease of usage with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

o M-SERIES

TIG-WELDING
TIG welding, also known as tungsten inert gas welding, is a fusion welding technology with unique characteristics that produce weld seams that are exact and of a high caliber. TIG welding is used, among other places, in the aerospace industry. The tungsten electrode, which is at the center of the TIG welding process, provides the necessary current. The tungsten electrode is the arc source that heats and liquefies the material to be welded. Shielding gas is released from the gas nozzle to prevent chemical interactions between the hot material and the liquid weld pool. This procedure guarantees excellent weld seams.

ELECTRODE WELDING
With rod electrodes, almost any material that can be welded can be done, and even limited places are not a problem.
This welding procedure is perfect for outdoor welding in windy conditions since the welder is not dependent on shielding gases. Additionally, lithium-ion batteries can be used to power the welding devices without a mains supply. Inverter welding units also offer outstanding welding properties that make them suitable for special electrodes.
Solution for Electrode Welding:
o X-SERIES
o MICORSTICK-SERIES

MANUAL WELDING TORCHES
The LMS Performance torch works flawlessly with all of our procedures and is precisely matched to all Lorch MIG-MAG systems. No matter if the sheet metal is thin or thick, made of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. The Lorch system performs well when used with this torch.
AUTOMATIONWELDING

MECHANISED WELDING
Mechanised welding can be used, for example, as a partially automated welding application: Connect your Lorch power supplies to the Lorch welding tractors to increase the efficiency of your welding process. While the welder is totally focused on setting the welding conditions, This increases the welder’s productivity and weld seam quality alike.
Solution for Electrode Welding:
o TRAC WL SERIES
o TRAC RL SERIES

COLLABORATIVE WELDING
Cobot welding, also known as collaborative robot welding, is the best solution for automating small and medium-sized series. Why? First, the assisting robot does not need to be enclosed in a protective cell. The Cobot may be communicated with directly by welders. Second, compared to much less adaptable industrial robot welding, the cost to invest in Cobot welding is substantially lower.

ROBOTICS
Cobot welding, also known as collaborative robot welding, is the best solution for automating small and medium-sized series. Why? First, the assisting robot does not need to be enclosed in a protective cell. The Cobot may be communicated with directly by welders. ROBOT WELDING TORCH
Lorch supplies smart complete solutions from the torch to the wire feed to the power source – everything from a single source and precisely coordinated with each other. This maximizes your welding automation operation’s efficiency, dependability, and stability. The intricately synchronized parts also provide the simple and efficient operation of the torch system, guaranteeing the best quality and repeatability of the weld seam as such.
